A Snapshot of Your Day To design, configure, and support the implementation of FACTS solutions (e.g., SVC Classic, STATCOM, FSC, HVDC) that enhance grid stability, power quality, and transmission efficiency. The Application Engineer acts as a technical interface between Siemens Energy and its clients, translating system needs into robust engineering solutions. How You’ll Make An Impact Technical Design & Configuration Develop application-specific solutions using FACTS technologies. Customize control algorithms and system parameters for client-specific grid conditions (desirable). Support pre-sales and tendering teams with technical documentation and simulations.
