ADIUTUM is currently hiring an IT Support Officer to join our engineering team.
Working in the ICT department, you will be part of the Service Desk & Workplace team, in charge of operational support for the users of a global group. The technological environment includes almost 4,000 users spread over more than 60 sites in over 7 different countries.
📌 Main tasks:
* Provide Level 1 and 2 support by responding to technical incidents and IT service requests from the business.
* Encoding, handling, tracking and finalizing tickets.
* Installation of hardware and software.
* Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation.
* Actively monitor technological developments on the market and manage the life cycle of various technological components.
💬 Your profile:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an internationally distributed organization
* Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
* Good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365, Windows 10 & 11
* Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals, Active Directory, Teams, Sharepoint OneDrive
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Customer and service oriented
* Pragmatic and solution-oriented Organized and rigorous
* Available and flexible
