They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post‑merger integration. Focused on relationships, you will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, deepen technical expertise and awareness of your strengths, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality. Role Description
Join PwC’s fast‑growing Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team within Deals Advisory, supporting corporate and private equity clients through M&A‑driven operational and transformational challenges. Consultants help clients realise value across the deal lifecycle—from due diligence to integration and separation execution. As a Consultant in DDV, you will support transaction‑focused projects as a key member of the team. You will work on assignments that span the lifecycle of an M&A deal, including analyses for carve‑out, post‑merger integration, and value‑creation projects. You will assist in operational due diligence, data modelling, project planning, and execution of integration/separation initiatives. You will contribute to client deliverables and reports, gaining exposure to both sell‑side and buy‑side transactions.
Skills and Experiences
* Above average bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
* 3 to 5 years of work experience (preferably in Advisory, M&A, post‑merger integration, carve‑out)
* High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to work independently on qualitative and quantitative analyses
* Team player with the ability to engage in international teams
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written
* Advanced skills in MS‑Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Understanding of data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Tableau (desirable)
