As a Payroll Lead, you will lead and oversee the payroll department, providing tailored payroll and HR services to a diverse international client portfolio. Your expertise in Belgian payroll legislation and ability to manage and support a team will be key to driving excellence.


* Oversee and coordinate the payroll process for complex client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Belgian regulations.
* Manage the onboarding and implementation of new client payroll systems.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on payroll and HR-related matters.
* Train and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development.
* Act as a team player and leader, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll delivery, ideally with exposure to international payrolls.
* Proven experience in leadership and an expertise in Belgian payroll legislation and best practices.
* Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (both written and spoken).
* Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
