I am currently looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager – Digital Sales Tools to join a major digital transformation initiative within a dynamic and fast-moving agile environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of digital sales tools and help shape the future of the sales organisation by building smarter, more intuitive customer journeys and contract registration processes. You’ll act as both a strategic Product Owner and a hands-on delivery coordinator, ensuring priorities, timelines, and stakeholders remain fully aligned throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
* Own and prioritise the product backlog with a strong focus on business value and customer impact
* Translate business needs and strategic objectives into a clear product vision and roadmap
* Prepare and align Program Increment (PI) priorities with stakeholders and agile teams
* Define sprint goals and actively support agile ceremonies and delivery cycles
* Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple business and IT teams
* Identify and proactively resolve blockers and delivery risks
* Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners
* Facilitate workshops, demos, alignment meetings, and stakeholder discussions
* Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric delivery within a broader agile ecosystem
What I’m looking for:
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role within an agile environment
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across different levels of the organisation
* Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple teams in complex environments
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, PI planning, and sprint planning
* Experience with Jira and Confluence
* Ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints
* A proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
* Fluent English and Dutch required (French is a nice plus)
