We are supporting a leading international group in hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner who will work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping financial and strategic decisions.
This is not a reporting role.
You are expected to influence decisions at senior level from day one.

What you will be doing Partner with senior stakeholders Act as the financial reference for multiple senior leaders, including ExCo level stakeholders
Challenge, guide and influence decisions
Own key financial cycles including forecast, budget and analysis
Provide clear insights on performance, risks and opportunities
Support strategic decisions Build business cases and support investment decisions
Ensure financial clarity in complex situations
Contribute to transformation Work on cross functional projects with real business impact
Support cost optimization and strategic initiatives

If you have mainly worked in reporting or support roles without direct exposure to senior stakeholders, this role will likely be a stretch.
What matters most Your ability to influence and communicate with the business
Your capacity to navigate complexity and bring clarity
Your mindset: proactive, hands on and solution oriented
Background 6 to 10 years of experience in finance
Experience in business partnering, controlling or FP&A with strong business exposure
Experience in an international or complex environment is a plus

Total compensation package aligned with seniority, typically in the range of €85 000 to €110 000 total annual package (including company car and benefits)
