You’ll be involved from day one, working hands-on in a technical role that combines precision, innovation, and collaboration.
What you will do:
Together with the operations manager, you will set up and run the new assembly line, with support from experienced colleagues at headquarters.
You will:
• Master production processes and support the installation and technology transfer from HQ.
• Assemble, test, and calibrate electro-optical systems with precision and care.
• Work directly on critical stations, handling small components like lenses, microdisplays, and optical elements.
• Ensure high-quality standards through detailed testing at every stage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize processes, and train operators.
• Act as the technical liaison with HQ, ensuring smooth communication and knowledge sharing.
• Promote safety and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Document production activities and contribute to continuous improvement.
ProfielWho you are:
You bring 3–5 years of experience in a technical or industrial role, ideally in electronics or optics.
You have:
• A bachelor’s or engineering degree in electronics, mechanics, electromechanics, physics—or equivalent experience.
• A hands-on mindset and enjoy working directly on the floor.
• The ability to quickly learn complex assembly processes and specialized equipment.
• Experience with ERP systems is considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, and either French or Dutch.
You must hold a valid Belgian work permit. Please note that the hiring company does not offer work permit sponsorship.
