Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Business Owner (Part-Time, Remote) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our e-commerce operations with a strong focus on dropshipping business models. You will oversee all aspects of the online store, including strategic planning, financial oversight, marketing, product sourcing, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product sourcing and inventory management
• Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns
• Analyze sales data and market trends to guide business decisions
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in e-commerce and dropshipping (required)
• Experience with Shopify is a plus
• Strong background in e-commerce management, strategic planning, and financial management
• Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, online advertising, and conversion optimization
• Excellent skills in customer service, vendor coordination, sales analysis, and business growth strategies
• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry (required)
