You can find more information on our website : www.akkodis.com Mission You will support the optimization of lab processes by developing, implementing, and maintaining standard work (SWE) and by actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You work closely with different lab modules and stakeholders to ensure that new SWE’s, Kaizen outcomes, and digital planning tools are introduced correctly and used consistently. Your responsibilities Support the drafting, review, and implementation of new standard work (SWE) for laboratory processes, ensuring each SWE is complete, accurate, and fit for operational use. Organize and deliver targeted trainings on new SWE’s and related procedures when necessary, adapting content to the needs of different lab modules and user groups. Actively support Kaizen events focused on continuous improvement, facilitating and guiding workgroups through the full Kaizen process from problem definition to implementation. Ensure that Kaizen outcomes are translated into concrete new SWE’s, taking ownership of their delivery, implementation, and integration into daily lab activities. Implement the planning PowerApp within different lab modules, configuring and preparing the Power App so that it is ready for use by operational teams. Monitor the correct application and daily use of the planning application, closely following filled-in data and participating at least weekly in T1 meetings of the involved modules. Collect user feedback on the planning PowerApp and other tools, communicating this feedback to relevant stakeholders and safeguarding a stable and reliable operation of the application. Manage hypercare issues related to the planning application and associated processes, resolving problems where possible and escalating issues in a timely manner when needed. Prepare and deliver clear presentations for different target groups, supporting communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment around SWE’s, Kaizen results, and planning tools. What skills do you bring to the table? Strong skills in facilitating Kaizen events and guiding workgroups, ensuring the complete Kaizen process from analysis to implementation is followed consistently. Competence in organizing and providing trainings for different audiences, covering new SWE’s, Kaizen outcomes, and the correct use of the planning PowerApp and Power App. Experience or strong affinity with working in digital systems such as ETQ and the planning PowerApp, including monitoring data quality and supporting daily users. Capability to monitor the stable functioning of applications, manage hypercare issues, and escalate technical or process-related problems to appropriate stakeholders when required. Effective communication skills for preparing and giving presentations, enabling clear knowledge sharing across modules and stakeholder groups in the laboratory environment. Structured working style that supports continuous improvement, accurate documentation, and regular participation in T1 meetings with involved lab modules. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
