Do you have a passion for sales and customer relationships?
As a Customer Experience GROW Agent, you’re not just supporting the sales process—you’re driving it forward.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, with a strong focus on generating sales, reducing churn, and supporting vacant sales territories. Working together with our Field Sales Consultants, you help grow accounts, close gaps, and keep customers loyal to our iconic brands.
This is a commercial role with impact—perfect for someone who combines customer service skills with a sales-driven mindset.
🎯 What you’ll do
✅ Proactively contact customers by phone to boost sales and improve order frequency
✅ Manage and follow up on customers in temporarily vacant sales regions
✅ Reactivate churned or inactive clients through targeted outreach
✅ Be the first line contact for incoming customer questions—with a focus on converting them into sales
✅ Support our Field Sales team with CRM follow-ups, campaign execution, and account coordination
✅ Identify sales opportunities and help to GROW our efficiency
👤 Who you are
✨ You have a commercial mindset and enjoy working with KPI's
✨ You’re proactive, persuasive, and love picking up the phone
✨ You’re structured and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
✨ You're fluent in Dutch & French (English is a plus)
✨ Experience in sales, telesales, or customer success is a strong advantage
✨ CRM knowledge is a plus (e.g., Salesforce)
