You'll collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety and quality standards. We're looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering excellence every day. **Responsibilities** - Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient workflow. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to maintain performance. - Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. - Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance with standards. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. - Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues. **Qualifications/Skills** **Basic:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. - Ability to work on-site in Belgium. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. **Preferred:** - Previous experience operating production equipment. - Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting. - Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. - Familiarity with record-keeping and reporting processes. - Proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus. This is an on-site role based in Belgium.
