At Options Belgium, we don't just deliver event equipment — we create experiences. To strengthen our digital presence and brand visibility in the Belgian market, we are looking for a Content Creator & Marketing Assistant (24h/week) to join our team in Brussels.
In close collaboration with the Product Development & Marketing Manager and aligned with the digital strategy of the Options Group, you will play a key role in ideating, creating and optimising digital content for Options Belgium, with the objective of strengthening brand visibility, brand experience and local discoverability.
The role combines content production, digital distribution and SEO/GEO optimisation, with a focus on the Belgian market and the B2B event environment in which Options operates.
Key responsibilities
1. Digital content creation (core responsibility)
* Create visual and written content (social posts, carousels, stories, reels, short videos, articles, web content) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
* Translate projects, events, products and collaborations into strong digital storytelling.
* Ensure visual and editorial consistency with the Options brand identity.
* Monitor trends in content creation, digital tools and SEO.
* Proactively propose new formats and creative angles.
* Provide support to the Product Development & Marketing Manager on various transversal projects.
2. Event content
* Occasional presence at client, partner or internal events to create content (photo, video, atmosphere).
* Event attendance is planned in advance and not on a regular basis.
3. SEO & local visibility (SEO / GEO)
* Optimise content according to SEO best practices.
* Contribute to the local visibility of Options Belgium.
* Align social media and website content to improve organic visibility.
Profile requirements
Education & experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, marketing or digital media, or equivalent experience.
* At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a content creator or in a similar role.
Skills
* Strong skills in content creation (visual & copywriting).
* Good knowledge of SEO and local SEO (GEO).
* Knowledge of Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
Languages
* French: fluent
* Dutch: professional
* English: strong asset
Working conditions
* 24 hours per week

* Occasional events (evenings / weekends)
