Reporting directly to the Movu CEO and the Group CFO of stow, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of complex intralogistics projects. This is a unique opportunity to lead and execute the financial strategy of a high‑growth company that prides itself on a smart, fast‑paced, and hands‑on culture.As CFO, you will assume full responsibility for the financial health and strategic alignment of our global operations, ensuring accurate project profitability from sales phase to execution. Focussing on the scope, schedule and budget to ensure accurate project phasing and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead a dedicated team of 11 staff, including four direct reports: Finance & Accounting Manager EU, Project Controlling Manager, Industrial Controller, and Finance Director US.Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and inspire the finance team to ensure high performance and strategic cohesion.Lead the creation of annual budgets, long‑term financial plans, and monthly forecasts. Identify variances and proactively recommend corrective actions.Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards, ensuring total transparency.Manage global cash flow and liquidity in close cooperation with Group Treasury.Identify and mitigate market, credit, and operational risks through insurance, hedging, and contractual safeguards.Partner with the Operations, Projects, Services, and Technology departments to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs through financial insights.Oversee the implementation of advanced financial ERP systems and data analytics tools to improve reporting and decision‑making.Ensure full adherence to local, national, and international financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.Your ProfileWe are looking for a strategic thinker who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.At least 8 years of experience as a senior financial leadership/ CFO role.A background in logistics, supply chain, automation, or project‑based business is highly desirable. Experience in a Private Equity‑backed environment is a significant plus.Deep expertise in business controlling, financial planning, analysis, and IFRS reporting. Proficiency with financial ERP systems and BI tools is essential.A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA or CFA certification is preferred.Exceptional analytical skills with a hands‑on attitude. You must be an excellent communicator capable of translating complex data for non‑finance stakeholders and the Board.You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and possess the change management skills necessary to lead organizational growth and system adoption.Fluent in Dutch and English
