We’re looking for a Head of Presales Data and AI role to drive Data & AI go‑to‑market initiatives across the European Cluster (Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary). The position is full‑time at the mid‑senior level.
Responsibilities
Provide vision on industry trends and client challenges to develop compelling value propositions for prioritized industries.
Develop Go‑To‑Market approaches for the European Cluster across geographies and industries, aligned with Capgemini Group’s Data & AI portfolio and offerings.
Support the Sales League in identifying target customers and relevant Data & AI solutions to enhance sales performance.
Engage in client discussions, identify new opportunities, and drive them with Sales Teams.
Augment Sales Teams for effective pre‑sales activities (customer engagement pitches, solutioning, proposals).
Leverage global capabilities (Centers of Excellence, Global Delivery Centers, local practices, assets, delivery models, methodologies) to deliver optimal sales and delivery solutions.
Differentiating Capgemini’s Data & AI customer proposals through innovation, leveraging Group capabilities (AI Labs, Quantum Lab, Robotics Lab, Research Centres).
Bridge market demand with skill supply plans and contribute to the development of short‑and long‑term recruitment and reskilling strategies to support growth.
Qualifications
At least 15 years of experience in consulting and/or IT services.
Proven track record leading data‑driven projects with direct connection to business outcomes (data platform with modern technologies such as Azure, AWS, Google, Snowflake, SAP; data governance projects such as Informatica, Collibra, Azure Purview; AI projects with custom ML/AI models or Gen AI).
Experience in the strategic selling of Data and AI solutions in Belgium.
Strong ability to blend business perspective and technological solutions.
Established CxO relationships in Belgium with both business and IT stakeholders.
Knowledge of Data & AI market dynamics.
Fluency in English; additional EU language is an asset.
