For an international and technically oriented organization active in industrial solutions, we are looking for an Inside Sales (Scandinavian languages – technical) profile with strong language skills and a commercial mindset.
Are you customer-oriented, do you have a technical interest, and are you fluent in one or more Scandinavian languages, combined with English? Then this is an interesting opportunity.
* Actively developing new customer relationships (±30%) and maintaining existing clients (±70%)
* Preparing quotations and price calculations
* Processing and following up on orders
* Customer contact via phone and email, with a focus on cross-selling and digitalization
* Managing and updating customer data in the internal system
* Gaining insight into customer needs, applications, and market conditions
* Acting as the first point of contact for questions, support, and complaints
* Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
* Close collaboration with sales colleagues and reporting on ongoing cases
Functie-eisen
* You have a technical and/or commercial background
* You are fluent in one or more Scandinavian languages, in addition to English
* Good knowledge of Excel and common IT tools
* Strong communication skills and customer focus
* You are proactive, structured, and commercially minded
* You perform well in a dynamic and growing environment
