To strengthen their service team in Belgium, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer interaction. You will be part of a small, supportive Belux team and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and instrument performance.
Job Description
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-end analytical instruments
* Execute calibrations and provide user training on-site
* Deliver technical support both remotely and in the field
* Maintain accurate service reports and documentation in the CRM system
* Collaborate closely with colleagues from sales, service, and application support
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics, industrial sciences, or a related field
* Hands-on technical mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with analytical or laboratory instrumentation is a plus
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is an advantage)
* Independent, organized, and customer-focused
* Willingness to travel within the assigned region
