(Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager – Freelance

Project Overview: For an international company within the premium fashion e-commerce industry, we are seeking an experienced (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas.
The role covers a broad functional scope including Engineering, Buying, Finance, People & Culture, and additional corporate functions.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner, working closely with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders to define hiring needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and successfully attract and secure top talent. This role requires a proactive, data-driven mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for positions across various seniority levels and business units.
* Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies and align on role requirements.
* Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates, building strong and sustainable talent pipelines.
* Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
* Use data, KPIs, and market insights to advise stakeholders and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
* Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.
* Represent the employer brand professionally in all candidate interactions.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an international or fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to manage hiring across multiple functions and varying seniority levels.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and consult senior leaders.
* Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish (mandatory)
* Based near Málaga and able to work in a hybrid or on-site setup if required. Remote flexibility may be considered depending on profile and availability.
