We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager / Executive Assistant in the center of Brussels, who thrives in a refined, fast-moving and highly professional environment. You will join a small, close-knit team where trust, discretion and initiative are indispensable. A true all-round position at the heart of the organization.

What you will be doing

You ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting both senior leadership and colleagues across different activities. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing executive and personal assistant support to members of the organization
* Assisting the investment team with follow-up on their ongoing participations and documentation
* Managing administrative workflows and acting as the operational backbone of the office
* Handling payments, invoices, and basic accounting tasks
* Keeping internal systems up to date and ensuring documents are properly processed
* Coordinating travel, meetings, agendas and small events
* Ensuring the office is organized, efficient and welcoming at all times

This is a role with real ownership: you will be trusted to anticipate needs, take initiative and keep the organization running seamlessly.

Who you are

* You bring 2–7 years of relevant experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance or a similar role
* You are fluent in French, comfortable in English, and able to work in Dutch
* You have a good understanding of basic financial or administrative processes and feel at ease working with numbers
* You communicate clearly, confidently and with natural ease across different levels
* You are proactive, organized, poised and able to work independently in a high-expectation environment
* You enjoy being part of a small, agile team where professionalism and reliability truly matter
