Whether it’s scheduling meetings or managing calendar conflicts, you’re always available to lend a hand; Take charge of managing leave schedules and processing invoices via SAP: you’ve got all administrative tasks down to a science; Organize meetings and training sessions, and take notes. Ensure that documents are signed by the deadlines, as this is part of your responsibilities; Maintain the legal library on the intranet: thanks to your regular updates, colleagues from all departments can quickly access the information they need; Manage the archives in close collaboration with the mailroom for the Legal & Tax team, ensuring everything is in order; Don’t forget to organize team-building activities and other team events to strengthen team spirit. Your profile Holds a degree in office administration or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally at a leading company or law firm; Is fluent in French and Dutch; knowledge of English would be an added asset; Demonstrates initiative while ensuring the team is involved in the process. When necessary, is willing to dedicate full attention to tasks to ensure optimal project execution; Demonstrates excellent proficiency in Word, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with the SAP system.
