Job description Key Responsibilities Prepare products and samples for testing and carry out routine assigned tests with precision and consistency. Learn, master, and independently perform new test methods in a dependable and high-quality manner. Retrieve, analyze, and verify data; identify irregularities and report findings to the supervisor or technical coach. Support technologies and test methods within your specific area of expertise. Perform routine work across R&D laboratories, laundries, pilot plants, and consumer research operations. Maintain excellent working relationships with R&D stakeholders and project partners. Contribute to digital data capturing and develop proficiency with digital systems and tools. Manage related administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Proactively ask questions when clarification is needed and follow defined priorities set by your supervisor or technical coach. Communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—when reporting results or sharing information. Profiel Profile Strong accuracy and attention to detail. High sense of responsibility and reliability. Fluent in English, both spoken and written (primary working language). Strong computer skills and ability to work with software applications and digital data systems. Willingness and ability to perform physically demanding batch-making tasks when required. Basic understanding of business processes and technical workflows in your area.
