Overview We wish to recruit a
Project Manager
for a BioPharma project in Belgium. The Project Manager will work as part of the site project engineering team, managing key site investment projects from conception through to handover.
Responsibilities Scope of Position:
Deliver capital projects safely, within budget, and on schedule.
Plan, execute, and track project progress through design phases from inception to handover.
Ensure adherence to client standards for key deliverables.
Propose options and communicate effectively with Management, Clients, and Stakeholders.
Establish project objectives aligned with requirements, ensuring goals and timelines are met.
Develop robust plans and strategies to manage the project lifecycle.
Communicate issues and follow up with appropriate solutions on time and within budget.
Provide direction and vision to the project team.
Resource projects with the right skillsets.
Build effective communication among team, clients, and stakeholders.
Report project, schedule, and cost issues to management.
Ensure compliance with quality and engineering standards.
Develop and implement project execution strategies.
Monitor compliance with practices, policies, and specifications.
Oversee overall quality control of work including budget, schedule, and personnel performance.
Qualifications Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant engineering discipline.
10+ years of project experience.
Experience in Pharmaceutical/BioPharma projects.
Full lifecycle project management experience.
Cost control expertise.
Scheduling skills to ensure timely delivery.
Experience delivering projects within a GMP environment.
Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards.
Proficiency in Dutch and English.
