Your Mission: a commercial, technical & international growth role

As an International Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind ESCO Power’s international sales expansion.

You will represent the company globally, develop new markets, and build long‑term partnerships with shipyards, naval architects, and marine operators.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about

international B2B sales, who thrives on building relationships, has a natural technical curiosity, and wants to make a tangible impact in a fast‑growing, future‑oriented sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the international sales strategy for hybrid and electric propulsion solutions,

Build and maintain strong client relationships (shipyards, naval architects, boat builders, operators),

Identify new markets, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sustainable growth,

Manage long and complex sales cycles, from first contact through to installation and delivery,

Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events,

Act as the link between clients and internal teams (Business Development, Engineering, After‑Sales), while tracking market trends and competitive insights.

Profile

Proven experience in international B2B sales within technical or industrial sectors, with strong technical affinity to understand and explain complex systems,

Skilled in managing long‑cycle, high‑value projects requiring persistence and client trust,

Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition, adaptability, autonomy.

Readiness to travel extensively (75% of the time)

Excellent command of English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
