Network Security Specialist – Industrial Infrastructure
Are you passionate about securing complex industrial networks? Join our Network Infrastructure Team and take ownership of critical security initiatives in a highly automated, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
As a Network Security Specialist, you'll:
Implement and maintain our industrial security framework.
Manage firewalls and other security tools.
Lead network security projects autonomously.
Perform segmentation of production networks to enhance security.
Analyze communication flows and industrial protocols using tools like Wireshark and firewall logs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize production downtime.
You'll help secure:
2500+ Cisco switches
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong expertise in Cisco hardware (switches, routers).
Solid understanding of networking protocols: BGP, OSPF, LAN/VLAN, TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSH, FTP).
Familiarity with industrial protocols (e.g., PROFINET).
Experience with Wireshark and firewall log analysis.
Knowledge of network management tools (e.g., PRTG).
Security skills: segmentation, firewall, IPS.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Fortinet products (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiAuthenticator)
Background in 24/7 production environments.
Work on cutting-edge industrial security projects.
Collaborate with experts across engineering, IT, and production.
