Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Verviers
As a key leader within the Quality Assurance function, this role is responsible for supervising and guiding QA Operations teams while ensuring full adherence to the continuous training program. The position oversees the release of raw materials and finished products, drives active participation in both internal and external audits, and leads the management of quality issues—including non‑conforming products and customer complaints—to uphold the highest standards of product integrity and regulatory compliance.

What you will do:
6. Supervise custom production files based on customer requirements
7. Ensure post-production documentation is complete and available for release
8. Draft and manage quality system procedures and approve related documents
9. Lead and develop your team, including training programs
10. Attend monthly Site Management Meetings and Quality Forums
11. Support QA budget planning and manage the QA budget
12. Approve or reject raw materials, packaging, intermediates, and finished products
What we are looking for:
13. Degree in a science discipline
14. Extensive experience in a GMP environment, preferably in Biotech or Pharmaceutical
15. Previous management experience is essential
16. Experience supporting audits and collaborating with cross-functional teams
17. Business proficiency in both English and French (site language) languages
