Sales Manager – Business Development Focus (Hunting & Farming)
About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager who combines a strong hunter mentality with solid account management skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for both generating new business and developing long-term partnerships with existing clients. You understand how to open doors, close deals, and grow accounts strategically.

Key Responsibilities Hunting (New Business Development)
* Identify and proactively approach new prospects and market opportunities
* Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans
* Build and manage a strong and active sales pipeline
* Conduct client meetings and negotiations
* Close new business deals and secure long-term partnerships
Farming (Account Management & Growth)
* Manage and further develop an existing portfolio of clients
* Strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
* Monitor client performance and propose growth strategies
Profile & Required Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Business Development role
* Proven success in both hunting and farming activities
* Strong B2B commercial experience
* Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, action-oriented mindset
* Autonomous, resilient, and performance-driven
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Bilingual Dutch/French is a strong asset (depending on region)
