Job Description: Site Manager at Sarens Projects
With decades of experience, Sarens Projects leads in heavy lifting solutions for civil construction, energy infrastructure, and industrial projects worldwide. We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our European operations team.

Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will manage and coordinate various aspects of job sites across Europe, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with the Project Manager and report to the department manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed.
* Supervise on-site work and promote teamwork.
* Prepare daily reports and monitor project progress.
* Act as the main contact for clients, managing workers and subcontractors.
* Address unexpected issues promptly to keep projects on track and within budget.
Profile:
* Experience in heavy lifting, preferably with Crawler Lattice boom cranes 400t+; experience as a Site Manager or similar role is preferred. Ambitious Site Supervisors or Lifting Supervisors are also encouraged to apply.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations.
* Excellent communication skills in professional English, with active listening abilities.
* Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Accurate record-keeping and documentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Relevant safety certifications, such as working at heights or heavy lifting.
