KEY requirements:

* Relevant experience of 2-5 years in a digital expert or planning role
* Experience with clients (working with and managing)
* Managing planning processes
* Strong Planning experience
* Good all round client knowledge
* Communication and product/planning skills
* Awareness of latest market developments and trends
* Project management skills
* Able to work in a team
* Knowledge of the Belgian market in terms of agencies, products and possibilities (including social and programmatic)
* Solution minded
* By preference French (and/or Dutch) speaking and good knowledge of English

WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU?

OMD Belgium is looking for a Digital Account Manager. The purpose of the role is to support the Account Director in planning and account handling. The Digital Account Manager creates opportunity for strategy and digital specialists to contribute fully.

The account manager is also key when it comes to driving collaboration across OMD and in terms of building strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis.

The Digital Account Manager actively participates in the client's digital strategy and positions itself as a sparring partner in the client's digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities

* Support team to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
* Work collaboratively across OMD and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and OMD
* Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
* Review plans to drive value through innovation and better and different ways of working
* Build strong client relationship as a trusted advisor to client
* Act as ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control
* Coordinate invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed; Oversees processes to ensure smooth financial operations
* Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients;
* Manage Exec: reviews, feedback, development plans
* Understand the client's business and propose digital solutions
* Deliver a digital strategy that is both integrated with the client's business reality and integrated with media recommendation.
* Follow up client KPI's
