What's expected in the role:
Reporting to the area supervisor, the person selected will be responsible for developing the business of after-sales solutions related to our range of chillers, by identifying and monitoring Daikin customers and potential customers.
The selected professional will deal on a daily basis with our rental services (chillers); with customer follow-up and services provided not only via email and telephone, but also on site; with urgent and non-urgent chiller interventions/replacements; and with chiller energy analyses and audits.
This is a dynamic role within our Service Business department, with great potential for development!
Our ideal candidate:
This role requires a high level of technical know-how, but also a strong commercial flair and aptitude! As such, our ideal candidate should have:
1. Academic qualifications in Mechanical Engineering;
2. More than 5 years’ experience in the after-sales sector;
3. In-depth knowledge of after-sales solutions in the HVAC market;
4. Strong customer orientation, autonomy and good communication skills;
5. Willingness to travel within Portugal; - Good knowledge of English (minimum B1) and computer skills.
