Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities
Bring Campaigns to Life
Collaborate with our Shopper Marketing and Perfect Execution Teams to imagine and launch bold, engaging campaigns for the Away From Home channel (think horeca, petrol stations, drink center, traditional trade...).
Lead Your Own Loyalty Program
Get hands-on experience by designing and rolling out a loyalty program that will make our SALTY brands the first choice at the point of sale. Your ideas will directly drive customer engagement and sales impact.
Turn Insight into Action
Dive into real-world data gathered by our field reps. You’ll learn how to analyze and report — and more importantly, to translate it into smart, actionable shopper marketing campaigns that bring our brands to life where it matters most. Your insights won’t just sit in a report — they’ll shape strategy and drive real results in the market.
Explore the Trade Landscape
Understand the key differences between Organized Trade (Retail) and Away From Home (Horeca, Petrol, etc.) — and how to tailor strategies to win in each.
Work With Big Brands, Gain Bigger Experience
Get real-world marketing experience with major (inter)national brands in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. You won’t just observe — you’ll contribute, grow, and make a difference from day one.

Qualifications
Proactive in taking on tasks and daring to do things differently
Strict deadlines do not intimidate you, and you have an eye for detail
Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree or recently graduated in the field of business/marketing
Passionate and motivated to collaborate with our world-renowned brands
Speak and write Dutch/French/English fluently
You are currently studying or have graduated
