As part of strengthening its sales and technical teams, the company is looking for a Sales Support professional specialized in spare parts, accessories and services. Your new role As a Sales Support, you play a key role in supporting dealers, driving sales development and supporting the partner network.Your main responsibilities include:• Technical and commercial support Assisting in the identification of spare parts and accessories Advising on product applications to optimize machine usage Preparing commercial offers and managing orders, invoicing and logistics follow-up Handling customer requests and claims via ticketing systems and email • Sales & services development (“Wet Sales”) Promoting maintenance contracts, warranty extensions and related services Supporting sales tools (configurators, digital portals) Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities Conducting regular visits to dealers and key customers • Network support and training Training customers and dealers on the use of digital tools and portals Creating technical documentation and simple procedures Participating in trade fairs and customer events • Internal coordination Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, After-Sales and other internal departments Contributing to the achievement of sales targets in collaboration with the relevant teams Your profile You have a technical or commercial background, or equivalent experience You have initial experience in sales support, technical support, spare parts or services in an industrial or technical environment You are comfortable working with ERP systems, digital portals and CRM environments You enjoy customer contact and can clearly and pedagogically explain technical information You are well-organized, solution-oriented and a strong team player You are fluent in French and English; any additional language is an asset What you'll get in return Contract: Permanent contract or temporary assignment with the possibility of a permanent contract A varied role combining technical, commercial and customer-facing responsibilities An international, dynamic and fast-evolving environment Attractive salary package based on experience (€3,200 gross – €4,000 gross additional benefits) What you need to do now Are you interested in this role?
