We’re on the lookout for a motivated Analyst or Associate (Fluently Dutch-speaking) to strengthen our CFO-as-a-service team, based in Belgium. In this role, you won’t just assist — you’ll help drive transformation from the financial cockpit of some of Belgium’s most exciting companies.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
* Identify and support funding and lending opportunities that fuel growth
* Craft compelling pitch decks and business cases that resonate with executive boards and investors
* Assist in M&A transactions, from IM preparation to due diligence
* Maintain and optimize financial structures to support scaling businesses
* Help minimize costs, maximize profitability, and streamline processes
* Build and refine management reporting systems for real-time insights
🎯 Who You Are
* Master’s degree in finance, business economics, or a related field
* 2-5 years of relevant experience (Audit, Controlling, M&A, or Private Equity)
* Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools
* Fluent in Dutch (required) and English — any additional languages are a plus
* You’re Belgium-based and have a good understanding of the local business landscape
* You have a hands-on, can-do attitude and excel in fast-paced environments
* A critical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and creating value
* You love to automate and improve processes
