Our client is looking for a Program Manager AI for Marketing to lead and accelerate the AI transformation within the Commercial Tribe.
You will manage a growing portfolio of AI initiatives that strengthen our marketing processes, content production, personalization, and campaign efficiency.
This is a pioneering role in a rapidly evolving domain, ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, taking initiative, and working across multiple stakeholders while also diving into the content.
Responsibilities
* Full ownership of the AI for Marketing program, including governance, planning, prioritization, and reporting.
* Follow‑up of all AI initiatives:
* Monitor progress
* Assess output quality
* Identify risks and dependencies
* Business process management: deeply understand internal marketing and content workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
* Manage and evolve the program roadmap by assessing new AI ideas, prioritizing them, and keeping the roadmap continuously updated.
* Translate project insights into concrete recommendations for organization, processes, technology, and teams.
* Create clear executive‑level presentations that support decision‑making.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, data, tech) and external agencies and partners.
* Provide hands‑on support on specific AI tracks (e.g., content automation, personalization, generative content) when needed.
* Keep a close eye on market trends in AI and MarTech and translate them into opportunities for the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, digital transformation, or digital marketing.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels (operational → executive).
* Experience with marketing processes, agencies, or marketing technology.
* Comfortable working in a role with evolving scope; able to deal with change and ambiguity.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling executive‑readable slides.
* Proactive, independent, and strong sense of ownership.
* Strong affinity with business process management.

* Business process management (analyzing, optimizing, contextualizing processes)
* Ability to translate strategic decisions from Senior Leadership Team into actionable guidance for operational teams — and translate operational insights back to Senior Leadership Team in a clear, concise way
