Primary responsibilities Develop and manage a program roadmap comprising multiple interrelated projects. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective people management across internal and External resources Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Assign roles and responsibilities within project teams. Identify and manage risks and issues affecting project delivery. Clarify high-level scope and ensure technical synergy across sub-projects. Ensure compliance with standards and best practices across all initiatives. Proactively propose technical solutions and innovations. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and program leadership. Establish a project review process to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. Contribute to a "learning school" by formalizing and sharing applied knowledge and tools. Secondary responsibilities Promote project management through positive and constructive networking. Methodology & certification requirements Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience. 10+ years of experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management within the IT sector. Proficient in Planview, MS Project, or equivalent tools. Strong knowledge of enterprise governance tools. ITIL Certified with at least 5 years of hands-on ITIL practice. SAFe Certified Consultant with an agile mindset (preferably in IBM environments). Certified in Prince2, PMI, or equivalent project management methodologies.
