Responsibilities
* Deploy channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.
* Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
* Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.
* Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies.
* Responsible for the consistency of Branding below the line and ensure branding consistency.
* Responsible for the Retail visual strategy output (field store image, POSM, display etc.).
* Responsible for VM material landing management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel or retail marketing.
* In-depth knowledge of retail marketing and current channel marketing technologies and techniques.
* Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Superb communication, and collaboration capabilities.
* Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Dutch, French or German is preferred, proficiency in English as working language is a must.
* Strong negotiation skills, able to tackle challenging situations.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team.
