Field support Engineer
* Providing Onsite (at different customers sites) and remote support, Handling incidents and service requests for various business units, shops and warehouses
* Executing different IMAC’s (Install, Moves, ADDs, changes …)
* Carrying out extensive troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Support of client specific HW (printers, Hand scanners, meeting rooms, ...)
* Provide support for integration Projects
* Providing after hours support (standby), in most cases by phone/remote support. (= also logging of Incident Calls)
Strong technical knowledge:
* PC’s and laptops
* Windows10
* MS office 2016, O365
* Azure AD, Endpoint / Intune is a benefit
* Printers
A broad knowledge of different technologies:
* Network, LAN, WAN, IPT
* Printers and network Printing
* Citrix environment and applications
* smartphone and tablets
* Experience with the delivery of Field Support
* Experience with remote user assistance
