Senior Supply Planner – EMEAThis is a highly visible role within the EMEA supply chain organization, working cross-functionally with commercial, customer service, manufacturing, and global planning teams to drive service excellence and operational performance.Interim contract with option to become permanent employee after positive evaluationSalary range: €3500 - €5500 gross/monthStart date: as soon as possibleZaventemSkills & ExperienceProven experience in Supply Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business PlanningStrong understanding of inventory management and supply optimisation principlesExperience working with ERP and planning tools (Oracle, Kinaxis preferred)Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plansStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business functionsAbility to manage complexity, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlinesDegree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related fieldFluent in English; additional European languages are advantageousThe RoleSupply Planning & Inventory ManagementDevelop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, service level targets, and inventory strategiesEnsure optimal stock positioning across EMEA to balance availability, working capital, and obsolescence risksCollaborate with global supply network teams to secure supply and resolve constraintsSupport inventory optimisation initiatives for existing portfolios, new product launches, and phase-outsShort-Term Supply Execution (S&OE)Proactively manage short-term (0–3 months) supply risks, including shortages and excess stockLead allocation decisions across EMEA markets during constrained supply scenariosEscalate risks and drive mitigation plans with global planning, manufacturing, and procurement teamsMonitor supply performance and ensure accurate availability communication to stakeholdersIntegrated Business Planning (S&OP)Contribute to monthly S&OP processes with a strong focus on supply feasibility and risk assessmentTranslate demand insights into actionable supply and inventory plansIdentify gaps between demand and supply and propose resolution scenariosData & Systems ManagementMaintain accurate planning data within ERP and advanced planning systems (e.G. Oracle, Kinaxis)Analyse supply performance, inventory metrics, and service levels to drive continuous improvementDevelop reporting and dashboards to support supply decision-makingAct as a key point of contact for EMEA commercial and customer service teams on product availabilityBuild strong relationships across planning, logistics, and commercial functionsSupport cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving planning processes and supply chain efficiency
