Within the Project Engineering department, you will set up and lead technical industrial projects in the field of production facilities, infrastructure, and R&D. We're looking for Project Managers who own their project, from idea to realization! Defining constraints (budget, planning). Responsible for assembling and leading the project team. Responsible for preparing specifications / tender documents for orders, engineering firms, and contractors (both internal and external). Responsible for the selection of orders, engineering firms, and contractors. Minimum 10 years’ experience as project manager managing industrial projects (End-2-end responsibility of the project) Minimum 7 years’ experience as (Project) Engineer (Mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, ..) Strong experience with MS Project as Project Management tool Knowledge and application of all common project management aspects. As Project Manager you are the leader managing your stakeholders, teams, contractors, .. Team player, communicative at all levels (clients, colleagues, suppliers, higher management…). You can manage and coach a team. You have broad experience and great interest in technology, engineering, and project management. Dutch: Native/Fluent and English: VCA-Vol International travel for +-5days/month is required
