Are you experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background of supporting Technical and Engineering recruitment in the Benelux?
We are looking for someone that has worked sourcing engineering/technical/Construction personnel across Europe. Ideally will have fluency in a European language
Due to the continued growth of PM Group, we are currently seeking to hire a talent acquisition specialist to join our team to support senior and strategic hiring across the business. The successful person will be part of an international Talent Acquisition team that has already helped grow the business to more than 3,800 people. We are looking for someone that has a strong track record in engineering recruitment, a second language and a track record of recruiting across Europe.

Responsibilities
1. Working with hiring managers to define role requirements, identifying recruitment channels, sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance.
2. Understanding organisation talent needs across all business units and collaborating with stakeholders for effective execution of requirements.
3. Maintaining recruitment systems on a daily basis so as to ensure information is kept up-to-date.
4. Identifying and attracting talent into the business from a wide variety of on and off line sources (e.g. social networks, executive recruitment, developing networking channels etc.).
5. Leading and managing the interview process with stakeholders including post interview evaluations with hiring managers and/or business HR as appropriate and providing interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates as requested.
6. Looking to develop a pipeline of talent across the business to support future growth to bring a more strategic focus to recruitment.
7. Supporting end to end recruitment to ensure timely turnaround times and first class brand experience.
Qualifications
8. Minimum of 5 year’s recruitment experience, ideally within an engineering or related environment
9. Bachelor or Master degree or a similar pofessional qualification
10. Previous experience of recruiting across Europe
11. Strong understanding of the various Engineering disciplines within the Pharma, Medical Tech, Electronics, Construction and Energy sectors
12. Knowledge of English, Dutch/ French
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills
