Chief Infrastructure & SecurityAs Chief Infrastructure & Security within the SECO Group, you will hold a central role in ensuring the robustness, security, and performance of our technological ecosystem. You will lead infrastructure, networks, and the ERP strategy to support the growth of our engineering and inspection activities.
Infrastructure & Networks: Ensure the availability and performance of environments (On-premise, Azure Cloud, Hybrid) and multisite networks.Cybersecurity (Top Priority): Define and enforce the security policy (ISO 27001), manage audits and access rights, and ensure the protection of the Group's sensitive data.Management: Lead, coach, and develop the skills of internal technical teams.Partner Management: Manage relationships with external service providers, system integrators, and workplace hardware suppliers.
Significant experience (10+ years) in managing complex and secure infrastructures.Proven expertise in Cybersecurity (governance, risk management, compliance).Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
