Key Responsibilities
Business and Functional Analysis
1. Analyze and translate business requirements into structured functional IT solutions
2. Ensure alignment with IT standards, architecture principles, and business objectives
3. Maintain a strong functional and business-oriented approach throughout the solution lifecycle
4. Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the delivered solution meets operational needs
Solution Design and Technical Coordination
5. Support the translation of functional analysis into technical design specifications
6. Coordinate with technical designers and developers during implementation phases
7. Contribute to ensuring consistency between functional and technical solutions
8. Work within a multi-layer application environment involving various technologies
Testing and Quality Assurance
9. Prepare and execute functional integration test cases based on requirements
10. Validate solutions before delivery to end users
11. Analyze defects and identify corrective actions and improvements
12. Contribute to ensuring overall solution quality and reliability
Project Support and Delivery Coordination
13. Support project leaders during implementation activities
14. Report on progress, risks, and issues to management and project stakeholders
15. Ensure smooth coordination between Business, IT, and project teams
16. Contribute to successful project delivery within scope and timelines
Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Collaboration
17. Participate actively in improving analysis and delivery practices
18. Maintain strong communication with business stakeholders and technical teams
19. Contribute to a collaborative and customer-oriented working environment

Required Expertise – IT Functional Analyst
20. Functional analysis and business requirement translation (Advanced, current experience)

23. Coordination between Business and IT teams (Advanced, current experience)
24. Insurance domain knowledge (Non-Life) (Advanced, current experience)

25. Significant experience as an IT Functional Analyst in large organizations
26. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in direct collaboration with business stakeholders
27. Experience in Non-Life underwriting insurance
Technical Expertise
Mandatory
• Experience with multi-layer applications
• Ability to contribute to functional and technical solution design
• Experience preparing and executing functional integration tests

• Knowledge of SQL
