Senior Project Manager wanted for NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA)

A high-impact leadership role driving complex international projects within a NATO environment—ideal for experienced Project Managers with strong stakeholder, delivery, and governance expertise.
Role OverviewYou'll take full ownership of medium-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery across scope, budget, and timelines in a highly structured, mission-critical environment.
️ What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiation to closure)
* Manage scope, risk, change control, and quality assurance
* Deliver accurate project plans, reporting, and stakeholder updates
* Drive stakeholder engagement and act as key point of contact
* Oversee costs, resources, and performance metrics
* Support contract management and performance monitoring
* Facilitate business decision-making and communication flows
* Contribute to continuous improvement and project governance
Required Expertise
* Bachelor's degree + experience OR 10+ years relevant experience
* 3+ years experience managing projects in large organizations
* Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional / international teams
* Experience with project management tools and reporting
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Certifications: PRINCE2, PMP (preferred but not essential)Nice to have:
* Experience in C4ISR projects
* Knowledge of NATO environments, procurement, or ServiceNow
* Experience working in military / international organizations
