Role: ERP Expert (Odoo) Location : Brussels, Belgium Contract duration : 7 months with a possibility of extension Languages : English Job description: We are seeking an experienced ERP Expert (Odoo) to join a strategic engagement in Brussels. This is a great opportunity for professionals with deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Odoo implementations and enterprise-level system design. As an ERP Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting Odoo-based ERP systems while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT standards. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyse requirements, enhance workflows, and implement robust solutions using best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP modules tailored to business needs. Define and manage architecture standards, workflows, and governance using Software AG ARIS. Work within a structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework to ensure timely and quality delivery. Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project tracking and documentation. Manage version control and collaboration using GitHub. Integrate and support ITSM practices via ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional/technical guidance, and deliver training when required. Provide technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience: Mandatory: Strong, hands-on experience with Odoo ERP – including module configuration, customization, and integration. Proficient in Software AG ARIS for business process modelling and architecture. Solid understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies for enterprise environments. Working knowledge of Atlassian stack, especially Jira and Confluence. Proficiency with GitHub for version control and code collaboration. Experience with ServiceNow for managing ITSM workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
