As an Implementation Consultant, you guide our clients through the complete implementation process of our solutions. You analyse business needs, configure systems, provide training, and ensure a smooth go‑live. Thanks to your insight, communication skills, and strong accounting knowledge, you help clients optimise their processes and get the most value out of our solutions. Your Responsibilities Conduct needed analyses and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions. Configure, test, and implement our software at client sites. Advise clients on process improvement and best practices. Deliver workshops and training sessions for key users and end users. Document configurations, processes, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with development, support, and project management teams. Provide assistance with incident resolution and change requests. Skills fluent in Dutch and French and can professionally support customers in both languages. strong knowledge of accounting, such as financial processes, VAT, and analytical accounting. Experience as an implementation consultant, key user, functional analyst, or similar role. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Technically minded and eager to learn new tools and systems. Customer‑oriented, structured, and able to work autonomously. Why join us?
