🚀 Nexeo is looking for a Senior PMO Consultant / PMO Office Manager – Strategic IT Project We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO Consultant to support a high-impact IT transformation program. You will set up and operate the PMO Office, ensuring governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and quality of deliverables across a large, multidisciplinary project. You will coordinate business and IT teams, facilitate workshops, manage requirements, and support testing and documentation standards. Your role: Establish and operate PMO governance processes (Prince2 & Agile Scrum). Maintain global program planning, track milestones, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate business–IT workshops and align stakeholders. Ensure traceability and validation of requirements, manage change requests. Define and enforce quality standards for documentation and deliverables. Profile: Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent experience. 5+ years PMO / Project Management experience in large IT programs. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Leadership without hierarchical authority; Agile experience preferred. Fluent in English (other languages a plus). 📩 Interested?
