Job Description:
* Co own the Operational Excellence programme across manufacturing sites
* Strengthen continuous improvement culture within operational teams
* Deliver Lean and Six Sigma training and coaching initiatives
* Support Green Belt trainee selection, certification and project reviews
* Provide statistical guidance and structured problem solving support
* Optimize and maintain operational excellence tools and templates
* Coach operational deployment leads across departments
* Lead complex Lean and Six Sigma optimisation projects
* Drive initiatives related to cost optimisation and lead time reduction
* Improve scheduling, cleanroom efficiency and deviation management
* Act as subject matter expert for statistics and data analysis
* Apply methodologies including 5S, Kanban, visual management and Pareto analysis
* Build strong cross functional stakeholder relationships
* Lead matrix teams and strategic improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or higher
* Black Belt certification required
* Minimum five years of experience within industrial operations
* Minimum three years of pharmaceutical industry experience
* Strong expertise in Lean process optimisation methodologies
* Experience with Six Sigma problem solving tools and methodologies
* Experience in coaching and training operational teams
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation capabilities
* Ability to independently build and manage projects
* Fluent English communication skills
* Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
* Experience with human factors is a plus
