Role Description
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
* Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst (1 year, junior)
* Language requirement: Dutch or French (CEFR level C1)
* Very good knowledge of English (C1)
* Proven experience in a similar function as a Problem & Change Analyst (business/functional analyst or similar, working with root cause analysis and requirement gathering) (1 year, junior)
* Bachelor or Master degree
* Demonstrable experience in elaboration of Business and Functional Requirements (business process development, BPMN, optimization, modelling)
* Supplier can provide a reference where at least two persons worked on the same project
* Candidate can rely on their own organization (or other people) for knowledge, expertise, and coaching (supporting document required)
* Supplier can demonstrate candidate access to essential CMS and MIG domain introduction if candidate has less than 5 years sector experience
SHOULD-HAVE SKILLS
* Demonstrable experience with a project methodology
* Experience in writing, modifying, and executing SQL queries
* Proven experience with any Incident Management / ticketing tools (TopDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or similar)
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
* Proven experience with data analysis
* Proven experience with MIG (MIG6 and/or MIG DGO)
* Knowledge of Message Exchange domains (structure, rectification, measure, cross)
* Proven experience facilitating or leading workgroups/sessions (stakeholder management)
* Knowledge of the Belgian energy market
* Candidate holds the Prince2 Foundation certificate or equivalent experience
* Candidate holds the Professional Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate or equivalent experience
* Good knowledge of the second national language (B2)
* Candidate holds the ITIL Foundation certificate
* Proven experience with Azure DevOps and user story creation
