As our HR Data & Analytics Specialist, you'll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable recommendations that supports payroll, compensation & benefits, and beyond.

You'll join a collaborative HR team where your analytical skills help us make informed, impactful decisions. In this role, you'll take ownership of HR reporting, optimize data processes, and support system improvements that enhance both compliance and employee experience.
You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, finance and IT—bridging analytics with operational impact. This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise in HR data, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape a data-driven HR culture.
Here's what you'll do:
Data Analysis & Reporting
1. Collect, clean, structure, and analyze HR-related data on payroll, benefits, absences, and personnel costs to enable data-driven decision-making.
2. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and targeted reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
3. Provide company-level reporting (headcount, payroll costs, absences, turnover) and structured evaluations of HR initiatives to support HR strategy and strategic management decision-making.
4. Analyze and monitor trends and anomalies in compensation, absenteeism, fringe benefits, and employee mobility.
5. Apply predictive analytics to identify potential future risks early.
6. Optimize existing reporting processes, including automation, standardization, and quality control.
7. Partner with HR Business Partners and Compensation & Benefits team to interpret analytical findings (e.g., pay equity gaps, absenteeism spikes, or mobility trends) and co-develop actionable plans such as policy adjustments, targeted interventions, or process optimizations.
8. Support HR audits.
Process Optimization
9. Identify automation opportunities within HR processes.
10. Contribute to data governance and standardization of HR data.
11. Actively support the implementation of new HR data systems, including testing, data migration, user feedback, and training.
12. Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and Finance for data-related projects.
13. Document data processes.
14. Identify and introduce AI and machine learning applications, specifically for HR
HRIS & System Management
15. Contribute and support the international HRIS roll-outs for Europe in collaboration with Global HR Operations
16. Ensure data quality, compliance, and security of employee information across HR systems
17. Act as a functional expert for Workday within the Belgium HR team.
18. Support EU end users in using Workday.
Who are we looking for?
Education
19. Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent through experience.
Experience
20. Minimum 5 years in HR data analysis, ideally in payroll or rewards.
Languages
21. Fluent in Dutch and English.
Expertise
22. Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL.
23. Familiarity with HR systems like Protime, eBlox, and Workday is a plus.
24. Solid understanding of HR processes and data governance.
