Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the deployment of a digital real-time scheduling and tracking tool within their maintenance operations. This role focuses on overseeing the full project lifecycle to ensure the successful integration of digital solutions into shopfloor activities and manufacturing units.
Participate as a core member of a multidisciplinary team throughout all project phases from planning to deployment.
Align system design and configuration with organizational standards and local operational requirements.
Create and maintain essential Master Data required for maintenance activities within the digital tool.
Provide regular status reports and progress updates to project stakeholders and leadership.
Plan and execute commissioning activities to verify system functionality and mitigate implementation risks.
Manage project timelines, risk registers, and dependencies while ensuring strict documentation and traceability.
Collect, validate, and approve user requirements to guide the configuration and design of maintenance modules.
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business.
You have 3+ years of experience in project management, successfully delivering projects end-to-end on time and within budget.
You bring expertise in project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
You have experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors while overseeing risk registers and reporting.
You possess advanced proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Visio.
You're proactive and analytical with a strong ability to organize tasks and propose creative solutions.
You are fluent in French with professional knowledge of English.
