Cyber & Strategic Risk
We help clients address various aspects of Cyber and other strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing.
Our objective is to help clients develop and implement strategies for cyber risk management and aim to help clients find the appropriate balance between risk management and cost containment. Our integrated solutions covering: Cyber Strategy, Cyber Security, Cyber Vigilance, Cyber Resilience.
Work you'll do
Deliver OT professional services, including but not limited to:
OT Architecture Reviews
Validated Architecture and Design Reviews
OT Security Governance and Compliance
OT Security and Risk Assessments
OT Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Tests
OT Policy and Procedure writeup
OT Training
Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
Help our team in supporting client relationships and assist our team in preparing proposals for new work.

We are looking for someone with
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information System, Risk Management, or related disciplines, preferable with information security or OT solutions implementation experience
Must possess experience working with OT security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP rev 3, and other general cybersecurity frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0.
Must obtain industry certifications in OT area such as ISA 62443, GICSP, OSCP, GRID, SABSA and TOGAF etc.
At least 3 years of work experience in OT/ICS cyber security service design or solution implementation.
Particular industry experience will be an advantage (e.g. utility, gas, water, transportation, manufacturing).
Good understanding of process control, SCADA, distributed control, PLCs, RTUs, HMI, and historian etc.
Hands-on experience in OT tools such as Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi, and Tenable OT.
Able to communicate and understand the challenges that both IT / cybersecurity teams as well as engineering teams may face.
Strong problem solving, analytical, project management and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills with an ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical business clients.
Able to work independently and willing to lead a team for client engagement.
