As a successful KAM - Field coach - Wallonia -Animal health you will have the following responsibilities:
* 60% Account Management: field-based visits to pharmacies (Brussels, Wallonia, Namur), combining direct selling and product advice
* 20% Key Account Management: negotiation of annual contracts with pharmacy groups, chains and wholesalers
* 20% Field Coaching: coaching and training Account Managers (4people) in Wallonia and Flanders to strengthen skills and results
* Deliver impactful sales calls, presentations and educational programs
* Analyse data and market insights to drive sales performance and territory planning
* Act as a trusted advisor and internal mentor, closely collaborating with the account managers
As a successful KAM - Field coach - Wallonia - Animal health you have the following profile:
* Solid experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
* Strong field-based commercial background
* Proven ability to coach, train or support colleagues
* Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindset
* Customer‑centric, results‑driven, and comfortable in a hands‑on leadership role
* Based in Wallonia
* Native French, with advanced Dutch (able to coach Dutch‑speaking colleagues)
